Hello Ladies and Gentlemen,
I would like to begin by thanking those who voted in the polls for their support, Iachoku, Reaper and I will do our best to support all of your efforts moving forward. The purpose of the SPNHLPA is to provide the players with a voice in a union type environment, we will be working closely with the league and the disciplinary committee moving forward ensuring a fair and cheat-free place to play.
the primary role of the Association is to act as the collective bargaining unit on behalf of the players, but also assists and manages in areas such as marketing, and communications. Some of the key areas of support and management the Association provides are:

• The SPNHL recognizes the SNHLPA as the exclusive bargaining representative of all present and future Players employed as such in the League by the Clubs, but not including any other Club employees. The SPNHL and SPNHLPA agree that notwithstanding the foregoing, and to the extent consistent with this Agreement, such Players, acting individually may not stop playing for any team at any time due to ill minded intent such as (having a losing record, leaving games early to join other games in other leagues by putting their teams at risk of losing by forfeit.

All grievances shall be filed with the SPNHLPA and a hearing shall be conducted with a representative of the SPNHL and the SPNHLPA at all times.

• Process

The SPNHLPA shall be involved in any process change that involves the players, and or the players right to play based on salary, roster position or player selection process.

• Rule changes

The SPNHLPA will be in discussion with the SPNHL,  to request any changes that need to be made on behalf of the player base.
